Elke's home

One of our favorite customer's Rumson home has been featured in designNJ Magazine. Her home is not only featured but on the cover of the April/May 2010 issue! Elke's waterfront home is cottage-style, cozy, casual and sprinkled with "Shutters" throughout.

    Beautiful pictures and a beautiful home! Just when I had given up on Design NJ (the decor was starting to all look the same) they come up with such a fabulous house....but of course if they are a fan of Shutters then it goes without saying that they have good taste!

    Oh, I'd love to know what that subtle tan color is on her walls :-) I've trie so many paint samples, the guys at the hardware store think I'm nuts.

    I love the white decor blending with the natural light through the plantation shutters. This is beautiful coastal waterfront home.

    What people remember about homes are the charming details that give it away as a house that was built 50, 60, 70 years ago. Shutters are one of these often overlooked details that help make up that first impression of a home. shutters essex
